Why We Tested the Process Ourselves
Guarantees only mean something if the refund process is actually straightforward, so we walked through it firsthand.
Reaching Out
We emailed the official support address listed on the site with our order details and a brief note explaining our request.
What Support Asked For
Support confirmed our order details and explained that all products, including empty bottles, needed to be returned within the 60-day window.
Timeline
Refund processing timelines can vary and are set by the official AlkaVitality store — always check the current terms at checkout.
Our Overall Impression
The process was clearly explained and no more complicated than a typical online retailer's return process.
