Is the AlkaVitality Guarantee Actually Honored Right Now?

A Common Question

Any company can advertise a guarantee — the real question is whether it's honored when customers actually invoke it.

What Customer Reports Suggest

Based on customer reports and our own test of the process, refund requests made within the 60-day window and following the stated return process have generally been processed without excessive friction.

Where Delays Can Happen

As with any company, individual cases can face delays due to incomplete return shipments or high request volume.

What to Do If You Have Trouble

If a refund request isn't resolved promptly, follow up in writing referencing your original order number and return tracking information.

Our Overall Take

The guarantee appears to function as advertised for customers who follow the stated process within the window.
